Introduction Text Well, I will have to do this again later. I just spent a lot of time typing something in here, and SP seems to have lost all the updates ... *grrrr*

To start: 1. To lose about 40 pounds 2. To be able to comfortable tuck in a shirt again. 3. I would love to get back into my size 6 & 8 Levi's! 4. To make exercise a priority and not the 'net ... spark people included lol 5. To quit smoking, which will add years to my life and lung capacity for exercise!

Right now, I am trying to be aware of what I am eating, when and how much. Portion control is a big one for me as well as eating when I'm hungry. I am keeping track here of my food intake which makes me aware of my calcium, protein and fiber goals, but I am keeping a WW food journal. The points system really worked for me in the past, so use what works, right?

I am married to a wonderful man and we just celebrated our 20th anniversary. I have a beautiful daughter who just started her senior year in high school. We have lived in the area for almost 3 years and I haven't made many friends. I've let my depression and weight keep me in the house hiding. It's time to get out! I would love to meet people in my area to walk with ...
