Introduction Text My name is Cassie, and I'm a 24 year old mother of two, here to LOSE WEIGHT and GET HEALTHY! I had lost about 70 lbs in 2006, but sadly gained all of it back. I realize my mistakes, and now I'm back and more determined than ever. I have a 6 year old daughter named Leslie and a 2 year old son named DeShawn. My husband is Robert, and we've been together for over 7 years now. I'm currently going back to school, seeking a degree in Criminal Justice. Other than that, I am a stay at home mom. I love reading, and I admit that I'm totally addicted to One Life To Live. :p I love exercise DVD's, especially Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds! I think I'm Leslie's biggest fan, I feel like I know her. Ha! I also like Turbo Jam and Tae Bo.

I am currently going back to school, getting a degree in Criminal Justice. Eventually, I want to become a police detective, BUT...I have to be an officer first. Which means...(insert dramatic music here)...POLICE ACADEMY! I must, must, must get in excellent physical shape, and darn it...that's just what I'm going to do. :o)

Calorie counting and exercise. I workout 6 days a week, twice a day, getting a minimum of 45 minutes of cardio per day. In addition to counting calories, I am also watching my fat intake.

I'm live in Newton, Kansas. I am originally from Dodge City. =)
