Hello and welcome to my page! If you couldn't guess, my name is Cathy. We sold our home in Colorado and bought 13 acres of forested land on the edge of the Mark Twain National Forest here in southern Missouri. We don't have any children other than our cockatiels that we call our feathered puppies. :-))

August 2017 - We moved back to Colorado!! So happy to be back in my home state and to be near family again.

My husband and I make video games for a living from our home. We work well together and love that we get along so well.

Life has dealt me plenty of punches starting with my first surgery at the age of 5. At 9 I had a brain tumor removed that damaged my right optic nerve and destroyed my pituitary gland. As a result I'm legally blind in my right eye and have to take medicines for the rest of my life to make my body function normally. I've had multiple surgeries and broken bones over the years since then but I will not let anything stop me from becoming a better me physically and mentally.

    A Chubby Little Snowman

    by Anonymous

    A chubby little snowman
    Had a carrot nose;
    Along came a rabbit
    And what do you suppose?
    That hungry little bunny,
    Looking for his lunch,
    ATE the snowman’s carrot nose . . .
    Nibble, nibble, CRUNCH!

emoticon emoticon MY CHRISTMAS TREE WON'T GROW emoticon emoticon

Today I bought my Christmas Tree, and took it home to decorate
But...Oh No...My Christmas tree is much, much, too short!
Oh my, What can I do? My Christmas tree won't grow!
    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
I played it a Christmas Carol, and even sang it a Christmas Carol.
I fed it pumpkin pie, gave it some hot chocolate, even a piece of chocolate
Have I done something wrong, because my Chrismas Tree still won't grow!

So I ran it a bath, with lots of herbs and salts
I dipped it in the water, and I prayed and hoped
I waited and waited, Then when I pulled it out
I measured it once, I measured it twice, and I measured it again.
emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon .., emoticon ... emoticon
Oh, dear!! It was just as short. It was just the same as before!
