Introduction Text OK...so after getting off of the spark wagon for a few months, I am back and ready to start losing again. The past few months I have done nothing but slacking by not caring what I ate or not exercising. I am on a mission to lose this weight once and for all...Including the weight I put back on in the past 4 months. Needless to say, I am starting all over again because I gained back the weight I had lost :( Why does this have to be so darn difficult!!!???

*My overall weight goal is to be between 140-150. *Be a healthier, more active parent for my children. *Get into my skinny jeans again!

I was on Weight Watchers last summer and that seemed to work OK for me. I only did it for a month and lost 10 pounds! I quit my job to be a stay at home mom so I didn't have the support from my co-workers anymore and could no longer afford the weekly fee. I have all the tools I need to do it again. I am also starting my Turbo Jam workouts that I bought about a year ago but never really tried them. So lately I have only been working out about 4 days a week for 30 minutes each time. This week I have decided to up that to 5 days a week 60 minutes a day!!

*I live in Rochester, NY *I have been very happily married for a little over 6 years. *I have two children, my son will be 13 next month and my daughter just turned 3 this past October. *I love to sing, dance, scrapbook, read, play games, camp, garden and take walks with my daughter when it's warm enough outside! *I have one cat and 1 fish. *I love to ride motorcycles.
