OK...so after getting off of the spark wagon for a few months, I am back and ready to start losing again.
The past few months I have done nothing but slacking by not caring what I ate or not exercising.
I am on a mission to lose this weight once and for all...Including the weight I put back on in the past 4 months.
Needless to say, I am starting all over again because I gained back the weight I had lost :(
Why does this have to be so darn difficult!!!???

My Goals:
*My overall weight goal is to be between 140-150.

*Be a healthier, more active parent for my children.

*Get into my skinny jeans again!



My Program:
I was on Weight Watchers last summer and that seemed to work OK for me. I only did it for a month and lost 10 pounds!
I quit my job to be a stay at home mom so I didn't have the support from my co-workers anymore and could no longer afford the weekly fee.
I have all the tools I need to do it again.
I am also starting my Turbo Jam workouts that I bought about a year ago but never really tried them.
So lately I have only been working out about 4 days a week for 30 minutes each time. This week I have decided to up that to 5 days a week 60 minutes a day!!



Personal Information:
*I live in Rochester, NY

*I have been very happily married for a little over 6 years.

*I have two children, my son will be 13 next month and my daughter just turned 3 this past October.

*I love to sing, dance, scrapbook, read, play games, camp, garden and take walks with my daughter when it's warm enough outside!

*I have one cat and 1 fish.

*I love to ride motorcycles.

    Welcome to Turbo Jam. Glad to know you already have the workouts. If you've never done them, start with the Learn and Burn until you feel comfortable with the footwork and punches. If you are like the rest of us, you will find yourself looking forward to the workouts because they are so much FUN! Gets a lot of agression out, you sweat like a horse, and it really burns LOTS of calories. Every time you do a workout, you feel less klutzy and can seamlessly transition between moves. Stop by the team page and meet the ladies! They are a great support system!!!
