My Goals:
Would like to get down to the weight I was in High School. I would also like to walk up the stairs and still have my breath.

My Program:
 Trying to find some good meal plans that will keep me away from fast food and restaurants


Personal Information:
I live in Roy, UT and work for MountainStar Blood Services at Ogden Regional Medical Center. I am married to the worlds coolest chick, Dawnie. I love movies and TV. I am a die-hard fan of all Broadway musicals. I would like to be in shape enough again to perform in community theater events.



Other Information:
 TV Shows I love: Glee, Big Bang Theory, 30 Rock, The Office, Community, House, Modern Family, Cougar Town, The Middle Chuck.



What I'm reading right now: The Secret Garden



Favorite Movie: The Color Purple
