    Cheers Kevin!

I love what you said about the tired days! I'm going to keep that in mind from now on, helps put a positive spin on it. I feel great today, so all is well.

What was in your delivery? Sounds exciting!

You should certainly come to NYC! I don't visit nearly as many shows as I would like, but have been to a few in the last couple of years.

    Hi Kevin!

I'm from NYC, to answer your earlier questions (well I actually in NJ but I'm right on the water opposite Manhattan and NYC sounds much cooler than NJ, sorry NJ).

I think I experienced a bit of honeymoon over this morning too. It got really humid, I didn't sleep too well, ate badly night before, etc, etc. I was in a 'mood', but I watched an episode of the "the biggest loser" which perked me up a bit (I try and have a collection of TV shows, reading, whatever on hand for days like this). Then went downstairs to the gym late afternoon promising myself I was going to do something special. I did a really good workout, and that ate a really good dinner.

I perked up a little now, and am looking forward to tomorrows challenges. I suggest you force yourself to do a challenge that is a little bit difficult for yourself today, then when you achieve it, it gives you a nice bit of motivation.

    Take care!

So today was the first day for me to get on and log food. What else should I do? Kind of lost. :o)

Hey dude, don't stress just prep before hand. You got plenty of other things you need to thing about than food on this trip. One thing AZ is good for is fresh fruit, they have the weather for it! If you see any fruit stands, you can use some of these as your stops. Call in at the super market before you go to stock up on some healthy snacks to keep in the car; nuts, dried fruit, etc. Not sure if you are an emotional eater like me, but a funeral could be a tough one, so keep some 'healthy' treats on the side too. Something that is a little indulgent but not all out like a huge chocolate cake. If you are eating out, just order lots of veg to go with you meal, eat that first, then whatever ever room you have left (hopefully not much) you can fill with the bad stuff. Most of all, dont stress! You will do fine, best of luck and I hope everything goes as well as it can.
