My Goals:
I want to be a healthy role model for my daughter.
I want to eat less junk food and more fat free snacks.
I want to lose 50 pounds by 8/2011. My ultimate goal is to get to 155 pounds (126 pounds less).
My Program:
Learn to substitute fat free ingredients in recipes.
Find exercises I can do with my bad knee.
Track all foods eaten.
Learn to love myself - I can make mistakes and don't have to be perfect to be a good person.
Personal Information:
Married with one child and one dog.
I live in the wonderful state of Ohio.
I am an engineer.
