Still working on getting rid of the excess pounds and toning up this body.

Fitness Minutes: 129,634

My Goals:
My goals are to stay in my WW point range 6 of 7 days each week.

I will do walking or exercise videos a minimum 20 minutes a day 6 of 7 days a week.

By doing the above two goals, I will achieve my goal of losing 20 pounds by the end of 2020. This will be measured on weigh in every Wednesday as well as using a tape measure to keep track of inches lost.

My Program:
My calorie range is 1200-1550. I'm working on adding more veggies to the menu, fruits aren't hard to add. My WW plan allows 23 daily pts, as well as weekly pts.

Personal Information:
I'm a 19-year widow from North Dakota. I have two daughters, ages going on 44 and 32, and one 18-year-old grandson. I also have a 5-year old granddaughter and she has two sisters, 4 and 1 year of age. ! I was an at-home medical transcriptionist for 25+ years and have been retired since 2012. Some favorite crafts have been quilting and wood craft painting, which were replaced a few years with dancing. Dancing has now retired and I am back to quilting and loving it and also learning machine embroidery. I'm really enjoying life these days and am so thankful for the good health I have and am now trying to make it better by lightening the load! I have a significant other who is also retired and we've been doing a lot of traveling the last couple of years. Needless to say with COVID in 2020, there has been no travel this year. Hopefully that will change in the near future.

Other Information:
I have a hard time sticking with things long-term including things that make me feel better, i.e., exercise and losing weight. So I am going to take the approach of making it through this one single day, each day, to reach my goals. And with God's help, and all you wonderful Sparkers, I will be successful!!
