Goals for a better me!
I am recommitting myself to be the best I can be in my current Biggest Losers Challenge on the Invincible Indigos team and in the 2020 5% Challenge Team Cloverleafs.
I am realigning my actions to reach my very obtainable goals.
Goals:
1) 15-30 minutes of active exercise daily.
2) Strength Training - 3 times per week.
3) Drink minimum 64 oz water daily.
4) Average minimum 8,500 steps daily by 4/30/20.
5) Lose at least 2 ...
