Chunny, I would say...Live your dream woman, don't wait for the right time,place or condition, value yourself, don't be afraid to fail, ask for help,
embrace the fear and do it anyway, Fight for what you want, and never ever
give up on yourself...not ever. (those are the things I had to learn the hard way in my 20's 30 and my early 40's ) Those are the things that I would have told a younger me but it is all good because it fuels an older, much wiser and a heck of a lot happier me. I like to think of myself as the new improved edition that keeps getting better and better. emoticon

Oh and the most important one.......never let, friends, enemies, neighbors or the experts tell you what you cannot your dreams!

Little Bits add up to a lot!

Wake up 15m early and walk the dog

Do a 7m walking meditation turn around and go home

Ride your bikes w/your kids

Ride you bike with you DH

Put a straw in you water, you'll gulp it up!

Add ice cubes they melt and you drink more bc you fill it up before there melted!

Shake Booty like your're at a Jr High Dance, Perfect time to practice the Sprinkler or the Running man!

Put up a Do NOT feed me sign, like they have at the zoo. Poof! No more gifts of food!

Pray several times, and dont forget to make some of those prayers Thanks!

Weigh yourself, even if you gain! You might be Surprised

Close your eyes for 5 seconds when you eat something concentrate on the taste and the texture. Mindful eating!

Take a class, you're never too old to learn!

Dont take yourself too seriously bc there is someone else out there who doesnt.

Workout clothes should in your budget!

Try a new sport, even if you fail you can say you have tried!

Invent healthy recipes

Play tag with your kids

Show them natures wonders

Count every calorie even the "bad" ones.

Count every calorie expended by your body

Try to create a deficit everyday till you get to goal!

Join a team or 100!

Meeting someone, always use their name!

Wave to the ppl at the gym that you see there all the time, you're making a new friend!
