I am really psyched with the sparks web site, it gives me a place to obcess on me, which is what I need to do to lose weight. My Goals:
My current goal is threefold.
By the end of the year I want to be at, or under -160 lbs,
I want to be able to run for ten minutes,
and to lower my cholestral naturally.


My Program:
is to eat mindfully, increasing my fiber, eating good protein, adding fruits and vegs. I am going to give lower sodium a try, yikes, I think I currently recognize two flavors, salty and sweet. so first I will shop with an eye on lower sodium in packaged foods.
