Introduction Text This year I am focused on physical achievements and proving how strong I am. (I also hope this will lead to a lean and more toned me) So with my daughter I have worked out a series of events that I intend to partake in over the 12-months of 2015. January 1st January - 5k - Cannon Hill Park Run - Free Entry - Goal Met 00:30:30 February 15th February - 10k - Tempo 10k Winter Road Race, Stratford-upon-Avon - Entry Paid - Goal Met 01:09:21 March 14th March - 1/2 Marathon - Raceways Spring Shakespeare Half Marathon - Entry Paid - Goal Met 02:19:15 April 4th April - 5k - Wolverhampton Park Run - Free Entry - Goal Met 28:50 - a new PB May 3rd May - 10k - Great Birmingham Run - Entry Paid - Goal Met 01:02:51 June 21st June - Sprint Tri - The Avenger Sprint Triathlon - Entry Paid - Goal Met 02:19:43 July 19th July - Sprint Tri - Birmingham Triathlon - Entry Paid - Goal Met 02:15:07 August 22nd August - 5k - Brueton Parkrun - Free Entry - Goal Met - 31:30 September 27th September - Sprint Tri - Warkwickshire Triathlon - Entry Paid - Goal Met 02:13:53 October 18th October - Half Marathon - Great Birmingham Run - Entry Paid - DNS - Ill :( 25th October - 10k - Winter Tempo Series Race 1 - 01:21:40 November 22nd November - 10k - Winter Tempo Series Race 2 - December 26th December - 5k - Walsall Park Run - Free Entry - 27th December - 10k - Winter Tempo Series Race 3 - Two entries to pay, after pulling out of the Birmingham Half Marathon due to a heavy cold on my chest and inadequate prep - a week later I ran (if very slowly) the first in the Winter Tempo Series. Having run race 5 for 2014/15 in February, my daughter and I have decided to run ALL 5 2015/16 in order earn our hoodies - so that sorts out events for the rest of the year - assuming I find a Christmas 5k that will give me a bakers dozen of events 2015 - 1 x Half Marathon (planned 2) - 3 x Sprint Triathlons (planned 2) - 4 x 5ks (planned 4) - 5 x 10ks (planned 4)

to be happy and healthy to complete a triathlon to run 5k in under 30mins - goal met 16/08/14 :-D to run 10k in under 60minutes 21st Sept Walsall 10 k - 62 minutes 51 sec To Run every Parkrun - 3/284 to fit in my goal jeans - goal met 25th Feb 2014 to fit in my new goal jeans ;-P to have a 28" waist - goal reached 12th Oct 2014 new goal to have a 27" waist to have guns - goal met 31/01/15 to write a book (and then get published) to own a house in the country to master my destiny

Running 3 days per week Cycling 2 days per week Swimming 2 days per week Strength training 4 days per week Flexibility 2 day per week Participation in BLC Eat moderately and try new things Being more active (at least 10,000 steps per day)
