Hello, I'm Amy. I'm a 39 year old single parent, and I've been a member of this site for about 9 years now. My weight loss journey has had a lot of ups and downs over the years. I lose some and gain it back. I have had struggles with binge eating as well. Over the last 15 months, my weight has gotten out of control again. I'm now at the heaviest I've ever been, about 315 lbs. I've decided to make my health a priority again in 2020. My goal for this year is to lose 60 lbs. I am aware of the changes I need to make with my lifestyle in order to accomplish this goal, and I have the support and resources I need to accomplish it. 2020 is going to be the best year ever, and I'm so excited for the changes it will bring!

My Goals:
I am starting 2018 at 271 lbs... I would like to lost 10 lbs a month, (I know, I'm feeling ambitious today)
so here is my monthly goals for the next 6 months..

Weight goals:
May 1st - 270 (starting weight)
June 1st- 260 (did not meet, 263.2)
July 1st- 250 (did not meet, 252.8) I am adjusting my starting weights for the next few months based on the fact I did not meet goal the last two months.
August 1st- 242.8 did not meet
Sept 1st- 232.8 did not meet, 263
Oct 1st- 222.8 did not meet, 264.2
Nov 1st- 212.8
Dec 1st- 202.8


Fitness goals:
Obtain 10,000+ steps daily.

Workout schedule:
Mon/Wed/Fri: 60 mins of cardio, 20 mins of weights.
Tuesday/Thurs: 80 mins cardio





My Program:
To be concious of what I am eating, eat healthy foods, and no binging. To be physically active for at least 60 minutes a day!

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl.
