Working my way to a healthier me!
I'm working my way back to a healthier me - I've been at my goal weight before and maintained it for many years. Then, life, children, marriage, divorce, marriage, school and work all sent me on the roller coaster of the scales. I'm going to be there again and keep it off, not just for my health but for my family.

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthier, but that means I have to lose the weight and learn how to keep it off - forever.
My Program:
To lose the weight and keep it off, I know I'll have to include not only eating right but regular exercise. I've done that before too, but I have a hard time maintaining the exercise.
Personal Information:
I'm 46 and married with 3 girls and many cats, living in Georgia.
Other Information:
I really enjoy reading. My favorite author is Anne Rice - I've read and own a copy of almost every book she has written, including those as Anne Rampling and A.N. Roquelaure.
I also enjoy watching detective-type shows (NCIS, CSI, Cold Case), especially the ones that touch on the psychological pieces, like Criminal Minds and Lie to Me.
