It's All Good!
I believe that what I do with my body matters spiritually - I want to take into my geezerhood a set of tailfeathers no larger than the ones I had in my 30's, so that I can keep moving and doing joyfully for a long, long time.
I love dancing & remember what it was like to love running - I'd like to get back to jogging in the park 3 days a week.

Keeping calories between 1200 & 1500
Tracking calories, fat, carbs, protein, & fiber
Elliptical at home 5x a week during the winter - will start outdoors in the Spring
Bowflex 3x a week

Woodstock generation chica-pea who still LOVES The Dead and loves life. Also a Grammy to three beautiful kiddos, and a better-late-than-never convert to Catholicism.
