I am a busy mom with three little ones. I homeschool our two oldest children and chase after a toddler most days.

I'm tired of being fat! I'm tired of being unhealthy. I'm tired of feeling guilty.

2007 saw a major back injury and knee surgery. All from previous injuries from when I was fit- go figure- anyway- I've been banned from the 123 Fit gym because my PT thinks I'm messing up the progress I make in therapy which is very tedious. I'm going on a girls trip in March and to DC at the end of March for the Epilepsy Walk. I want to lose 30 pounds by then. 3 pounds a week approximately- I know I can do this. I've done it before.

My Goals:
2008- I just want to get to 180 by the end of the year. Fine that's it. If I can do this then I will relook at where I want to be. I think my problem is I get this huge goal which is so impossible to reach. But I just reset my goals and I'm thinking wow! 50 pounds is not that much to lose. I can do it.

My Program:
Low cal, low fat and carb controlled. Walking up to 3 miles at least 4x's a week. Joined 123 Fit and plan on doing that 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
I'm from Colorado with 3 kids- hence, the sign in name. I weighed over 250 pounds when my journey began to become healthy and weighed approximately 219 when I started this program. I got down to about 201 and then put on 25 pounds again- UGH! Now it's 2007 and I'm really doing it this time!

Other Information:
My family in Indiana and beyond has joined me on this journey. We can all stand to lose a pound or two. So nice to have a team of people that I love and people that love me.
