Introduction Text Just another guy trying to keep up with his lovely wife and two beautiful girls.

To stay healthy and remain active for my youngest daughter, who is just starting first grade.

My wife and I are eating healthy and consistently exercising. I have taken up running again, and must admit that I am an addict.

We live in central Missouri. My wife, Debbie, and I are blessed with two daughters. Our oldest is 24 and our youngest is 12. We are excited that our oldest is getting married next summer, but a little anxious for her and her fiance. i pastor a medium sized church in a small community about 20 miles from the home of the University of Missouri.
