I have to modify v-ups too. for some reason, they hurt my lower back. i don't get it bc i can do leg lifts...ehhh whatever LoL. i figure if we just keep trying we're doing better than not trying! 3472 days ago

hey, did you try the workout? i did it again on tuesday night and added in a couple of my own things...also cut the 1 min plank into 2-30 sec planks to do between the second set of crunches and the side crunches. i got CRAZY looks from the chicks at the gym like i was some hardcore beast

the bombshell abs workout is: 20 crunches 20 cross crunches 20 oblique twists 20 lower leg lifts 20 crunches stretch 20 side crunches on each side 20 oblique twists 20 v-ups/pike crunches 1 minute plank hold stretch
