I lost 5 pounds in January, but stalled out and lost nothing this past week. I am beating myself up about it pretty bad, and have let myself fall to temptation th last couple days. I have also not been incredbly motivated to go to the gym, due to my stubbornness and unwillingness to swim. This training program is killing me, but I know its what I need to do.

Goal: To Weigh 170 lbs by April 1
I have gained some weight back by being careless and lazy. I want to lose what I have gained, then hopefully focus on losing some more!




I have lost 100 pounds and am so happy with my body now. I would still like to lose some more. Ideally, I would like to be down to 155 or 160. I feel like I have accomplished a lot, so I am not too anxious to lose that last little bit.



OLD: My goal is to weigh 170 lbs by April 13, 2007. If so, I will have lost 100 lbs in one year.
GOAL REACHED: 13 APR 2007

My Camp Goals are to get back on track with my diet. I am not highly concerned with losing weight right now. I am more concerned with maintaining a stable diet. It will be challenging with vacations, parties and weddings this summer, but If a goal isn't challenging, its usually not a good goal! Secondary, I would like to lose 3 lbs to be at 165 by the end of camp. Persistence in Diet and Exercise will get me there, I have to just stay on target.

My Program:
I go to the Gym regularly. I will run on my lunch break, then go back after work for Yoga, Dance or Pilates class or I'll just go walk on an incline for half an hour then lift weights. I joined a community volleyball team too, so thats a fun and easy way to be active.

I try to eat 850 Kcal per day or less. I try to have less than 60 Carbs and more protein than carbs. - I have found that I am extremely tired and irritable when I do this. I am taking a break to try to feel better. When I start tracking again, I want to up my Kcal intake to 1300 or so per day.

I have found that DDR is an excellent and fun way to get in excercise if I don't feel like going to the gym.

Positive energy put out brings back positive enrgy to you. Negativity accomplishes nothing. Focus on what is good and positive. Remember that you deserve it!
