Introduction Text SparkPeople Phase II. So the last 10 has become the "Last 20". Well, not quite, but I've slipped a bit. AGAIN, it's the beer. Always with the barley pop! So, it's back on track. The really cool thing is that I've been able to do it before, so I think I can do it again. BMI--you b*tch--you're within my reach!

My fitness passion is mountain biking--every aspect of it: the climbing, the descending, the technical single track, and just being in the great outdoors with no cars around! Music: jazz and blues with a healthy spinkling of rock/hip hop/classical and old school funk! Authors: Jane Austen, James Joyce, Ben Franklin.

I figure that if I look better, any future hair removal will be well worth the likely exorbitant cost. Seriously, I really need to remove some fur, but I won't do it if I'm too embarrassed about what lies beneath!
