I am still doing my jogging, crunches, and dumbbells every day. If we have rain I do dancing or kick boxing like my taekwando kick or jogging inside the house and it works for me. I done this every day. Even though I am not active to track my daily exercises but my daily routine exercises is continue. Now I have a flat stomach which is I can show to the public. I am able to wear what I want, fit and hanging blows and etc.

My last weight is 111.76 lbs down to 106 lbs. I am still active my daily exercises and I also keep drinking water but I did not count how many glasses but I am hydrated. I eat vegetables, fish, rice, and little meat and sea weeds and sweet potato and cooking banana, and table banana and many more. I eat all nutritious food and I tried to avoid food with sugar with it and also the saturated fat. Now I am still active to my daily exercises 1-1 1/2 hour every time I do exercises and it works for me. I know I start to think to maintain my weight now, this is why I am not using my diet shoes any more.

I have to take my challenge back, this time not to loose weight but just for fun. I enjoy here, making friends and blogging I love it.


My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

It is time for me now to go to maintainer body weight. I loose another kilo this week and my body says I have to slow down now. I will be busy my little farm, but I have to have 3 times a week work out for 10-20 minutes only. I always eat vegetables and fish and some meat with fruits. I am still here on this site, I wont leave you guys.
