I am still doing my jogging, crunches, and dumbbells every day. If we have rain I do dancing or kick boxing like my taekwando kick or jogging inside the house and it works for me. I done this every day. Even though I am not active to track my daily exercises but my daily routine exercises is continue. Now I have a flat stomach which is I can show to the public. I am able to wear what I want, fit and hanging blows and etc.

My last weight is 111.76 lbs down to 106 lbs. I am still active my daily exercises and I also keep drinking water but I did not count how many glasses but I am hydrated. I eat vegetables, fish, rice, and little meat and sea weeds and sweet potato and cooking banana, and table banana and many more. I eat all nutritious food and I tried to avoid food with sugar with it and also the saturated fat. Now I am still active to my daily exercises 1-1 1/2 hour every time I do exercises and it works for me. I know I start to think to maintain my weight now, this is why I am not using my diet shoes any more.

My Goals:
My goal is to live a healthy life style both my mind and body. Be happy every day.

I have to take my challenge back, this time not to loose weight but just for fun. I enjoy here, making friends and blogging I love it.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

It is time for me now to go to maintainer body weight. I loose another kilo this week and my body says I have to slow down now. I will be busy my little farm, but I have to have 3 times a week work out for 10-20 minutes only. I always eat vegetables and fish and some meat with fruits. I am still here on this site, I wont leave you guys.

Merry Christmas, my friend! I miss you, too! emoticon I read about the Compostela Valley, and how hit it was, and am grateful at least YOU were not there! I didn't know exactly where you lived, but knew the whole area had been hard hit by the typhoon, so I'm delighted you are well, and had minimal damage, especially to the greenhouses you have worked so hard to build! Seems we both got lucky with our storms. Most of the time, when we are warned, people panic and buy all the food and batteries and other supplies like the end of time is near, but I think having had some very extreme weather the past decade, most homes keep emergency supplies on hand. I have a at least a month's worth of water per person, canned food, dry goods, flashlights, radio, batteries of all sizes, etc. We also got cash from the bank in case power went out to the ATMs and filled our cars with petrol/gasoline. I was without power for 15 days, so lived like a pioneer woman, hauling in wood for a fire once or twice a day, and basically keeping that fire going all waking hours. My house was 50F when I'd wake up, which was rough, but I'm grateful I have a fireplace, cos many do not! Also, I had the brilliant idea to ask my next door neighbor if we could throw an extension cord over the fence to his pool filter's outlet and use their electricity. emoticon THAT saved my sanity!!! I was able to power one lamp, charge my phone, use my laptop (thank goodness cos I needed my friends to stay sane LOL!) and power my fridge. After the first week, I started unplugging my fridge for a few hours at night and would plug in my tv. THAT made me feel normal for a little while. My other next door neighbor and I were the only houses on my street without power because my trees fell on the power lines. As a thank you, I paid my nice neighbor's electric bill for the whole month emoticon I live in East Northport, NY, on Long Island. And like your islands, some streets here looked like tornados passed through, and yet others remained untouched. Winds in some storms can be funky like that. All this time later, I am still dodging piles of tree debris on the side of the road that spills into the traffic lane, as clean up has been slow. It was hard to remain positive when it was so dark, but I think I did well emoticon I hope you have a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year! emoticon emoticon

In Hurricane Sandy we had two trees fall very VERY close to our house....Thank God, they did not land on top of our house. We had no electricity for a week. It was a trying time (no water during that week either)...I'm glad you are safe and that all is back to normal. My other Philippine friend is safe as well..She just lost the roof to her house.
Thanks for the birthday wishes. I had a nice day. Merry Christmas to you (if you celebrate)...God bless

I'm glad you and your happy are happy and living peacefully. Any plans for more greenhouses? You and I enjoy those big projects emoticon We had a huge storm here last month, Superstorm Sandy, which downed several trees on my property. My tree guy was over a week late getting to my house and I got a bit fed up waiting for him, so I grabbed my chainsaw and removed 2 big branches (minus the trunk which was more than a 1-person job) and I worked for 2 hours straight and cut up the wood myself! emoticon It felt really good!
