I've been using Spark People many years and I've done a good job! My highest weight was 139 lbs, which may not seem like a lot compared to so me of the members on here but I'm only 5'1 tall so it sure did look like a lot. I've yoyo'd here and there but maintaining my weight takes continuous effort. After hitting my 30's I noticed a serious difference in how my body works so I've had to make adjustments here and there. It's came as a shock but it has kept me active in finding a lifestyle that makes me happy all around.

My Goals:
I have a few fitness goals that need to be updated.
- I would like to get a smooth, flat stomach
- I would like to tone my back and arms
- I would like to climb to Ice House Sattle in Mt. Baldy

My Program:
I do cardio 4 to 6 days a week at least an hour each time. I've recently started doing P90X and also want to try Insanity. I love the strength I get from P90X.

Personal Information:
My name is Cristhiane. I'm 28 years old. With this site, I've learned so much and accomplished goals that I've not only had since I was 18, but that I never thought I'd accomplish. I've learned to eat healthy and learned to love working out, something I never thought I'd enjoy doing. I've gained discipline and become very health conscious. I hope this site does the same for everyone on here.

Other Information:
I work full time and go to school part time. I keep pretty busy but have managed to make time for working out. It's become second nature to me and I love it.
