Here is about me my name is Cristine and I'm 31. I have a husband for 11yrs and 3 boys. My body my hole life was small stomach and big butt, in high school and in tell I had my frist child I didnt mind my body but when I had kid's everything doubled in size. I can't stand my lower half now because it is out of contol. I guess that is the hardest part of the body to loss. Before I had my last child I lost 30 pounds but I lost 30 pounds because I wanted to have another baby ( not sure if that makes sense). Ever sense I had my last child I cant seem to loss the weight or have the modavation so here I am trying to change the way I think and act. My goal is to be 150 or less, I'm 5,5 and right now I weight 170 alway going up and down, its time for me to just go down.

My Goals:
my goals is to lose 30 pounds. I would love to wear a bikini again and like what I see. I just want to feel how I feel inside.

My Program:
My plan is to take one day at a time so far kickboxing and the tredmill is my plan if i dont feel like running i do kickboxing. For my food I try to drink a protein shake in the morning and a sandwich or somthing like that at lunch and I try try try to eat right for dinner lots of chicken. I drink nothing but water, sometime green tea. I have no problom starting good its keeping it going where i have the problem. Thats why im trying to take one day at a time. When I dont feel like working out I get on SP and look around intell I get that modavation it seems to be working so thanks everyone!!!

Personal Information:
I am from Southren California I lived here all my life, but moving to northern Tx. very nervous but I love doing new things.

My husband ownes his own buessiness called ALWAY AFFORDABLE PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR!

Other Information:
other info will I love reading the Bible, I feel that if you are right with the Lord then you will be blessed in your life.. I just dont want to change my body but also my mind and life.

    I work out inside - truthfully. :) I mean you're right, it gets pretty humid over here for part of the year I go to the gym, take classes, play in an indoor volleyball league. Sometimes, on less humid days, I'll go out to the track accross from my apt or play sand volleyball. When it gets cooler I LOVE to ride bikes, rollerblade, walk, or run outside. But anyway, you either sweat through it or find a way around it. :) emoticon

    Hey...thanks for adding me! :) I've been hearing that on here about not looking what I weigh so I've come to the conclusion that I just carry it well...thank you Jesus for that! ;) But I am definitely about 176 right now..I'm 5' 5 3/4" ...and my worse part is definitely definitely my upper legs and butt....they're just big and not shaped up....but I am getting there...accepting that this is not going to happen over night is the hardest thing for me..but I'm learning. :)
