(UPDATE)- Today is May 4, 2012... I'm currently in the midst of prepping for my first competition. Last year's success was great, but I am back this year so much stronger. I've finally accepted the fact that clean eating 100% of the time is the only way to go. It's amazing how much better you will feel when you eat correctly. Ive met goals before while eating "the foods I loved"..but ended up starving and miserable for half the day to compensate for the vast amount of dirty calories. Once you accept it and you stick with it for a while, I promise your body and your brain will thank you. Its been a great year so far. I'm getting stronger, bigger, leaner and healthier by the week. This is the start to something big..I can feel it. I cannot wait to see what's ahead of me!

....Today is May 8th, 2011. I have finally hit my final goal weight of 115 and am now working on dropping body fat and toning. The year of 2011 has brought with it MANY new opportunities. Opportunities do not just pop up on their own; you must give it your all for them to show up at your door. I did my first photo shoot in the beginning of April. Within 2 weeks I have had offers for many more shoots. Multiple people come to me asking for advice and inspiration. It is the biggest motivator to know you have people looking up to you :)

Hey everybody!!!
....I've been through here a time or two..or three...As most of us have done while trying to adopt a healthy lifestyle, I have gotten on a wagon, reached some goals and then fell back off again. However, I've found that each time I come back with new resolve, confidence, and commitment. I'm back this time and for the first time it's NOT about weight's NOT about diets....It's maintaining the RIGHT lifestyle: the lifestyle that everyone SHOULD adhere to..and IF you persevere through life choosing healthy options then the right body will follow with you....LET'S DO THIS!!
...So about me, my goals, my ups and downs...

Summer 2009- 3 months of gym time and dieting...Helped me lose about 5lbs...By winter 2010 I had gained all this back

Summer 2010- 4 months of gym time and healthier eating...Lost 14lbs and really learned the lifestyle...Cut to November and December holidays which led to my loss of self-control and gain of a good 10lbs.

Winter 2011- 4 and a half months back. Nearly 15lbs lost again. This time it's for real. This time my goals are focused more on the time I put in at the gym than my actual weight loss number. I embrace my gym time, it has become my life: my sport, my hobby, my "thing"...

1) Run 3 miles straight- ACCOMPLISHED 7/14/09

2) Get a 25 inch waist

3)a- Get to 125lbs by 1/31/11 -ACCOMPLISHED

b- Get to 120lbs by 2/28/11

c- Get to 115lbs by 4/30/11

4) Run 1 hour (6miles) Straight

5) Be able to do a pull-up
