    Girl we gon' have to do an extensive workout on like Sat/Sundays!

    I'm trying to take some "me" time in the little things... Been doing a little better but have a LONG way to go! :)

    Hmmmm.... I think if we do even a Friday evening (strength/cardio) or any other day of the weekend it would help motivate us... Well me at least! LOL!

    We as women always forget to do it... And with as much ministry stuff as we do! LOL!

    But, we have to take the time to do it... I'm learning the hard way.
