Hey, I'm Alyssa, (or Lyss).

I'm 24 and live in Southbridge, MA. I joined SP back in August 2010. I haven't really been sticking to any plan I have. I did Weight Watchers for a few months in 2011, and lost about 25lbs in 6 months without working out, but stopped doing that. For the past two years, I have been on and off eating right and exercising. I was back on track this last summer, until I was in an accident in August and broke my leg. Since then, I have gained a bunch of weight back. I need to start eating right again to get this weight off.

I have pretty much been somewhat overweight my whole life. I was never huge, but always a little chubby, and bigger than most girls my age. But now I am sick of it. I am done being the fat girl.

My Goals:
-I want to be skinny.
-I want to be able to wear a bikini this summer.
-I want to be able to walk about everywhere in my underwear and get "damn, she's hot", looks (I wont do it, but it would nice to have the body to get away with it, haha).
-I want to run races in cute little outfits.
-I want nice boobs, not just boobs cuz I'm fat.

Bottom line, I just want to look sexy.

I currently live in MA. I married my best friend on July 8th, 2012! I have two awesome kitties, my favorite color is purple, and I am pretty ridiculous. Oh, and I need to lose weight!!

    I'm doing (just) all right!

    Truth is I have been struggling w/ emotional eating and with some self sabotage. I hit 50 lbs lost in August and have sort of plateau-ed . Its my own fault because I'm stressed about a few things in my life and have been using food as a comfort more than I should! I know (intellectually at least) that I need to kick it back in gear, just trying to find the motivation and mental space to do it :)

    I'm so glad you don't get hugely down on yourself when you have a mishap. I am the total opposite. You are doing good girl! Look at the positives. When you screw up, you end up getting back on track. That used to be a problem for me. Kind of still is. I screw up and I say screw everything and keep screwing up. I have been trying to watch my calories again. I was doing fine for two weeks and now I can't restrict myself. If I feel like having something, I'll have it. I can't say no! I have no clue what's wrong with me at this point but I am trying my best to get back on track. Lol Spark is so much easier to use for comments! emoticon emoticon
