I recently gave birth to my second son. I gained a lot of extra weight again and lost all of my muscle strength. I am here to keep myself accountable, get/give support, and stay motivated. This is my second time using SP to take off quite a few pounds. Love this site 😆

My Goals:
My goal is lose 40 lbs, regain my strength, and enjoy life!

My Program:
 I follow a vegan diet and do yoga, nia and zumba. I'm also spend time on my eliptical machine and lift weights.


Personal Information:
Single mom living in Wisconsin. I love to cook, watch documentaries, and play w/ my son.

Other Information:
 I love reading non fiction, shopping for vintage clothes, walking through the forest, and being by the lakeside.
