My Goals:
My goal is to be able to participate in activities and life comfortably. My weight is causing pain in my knee and back. My size makes me uncomfortable walking and impossible to enjoy my life fully.
Words of Wisdom:

My Program:
 I am tracking the foods consumed on this site. It is similar to the WW points tracker but it is in calories.


Personal Information:
I have lived in New Jersey my entire life. I have been married to Ray since 9/12/1970 and we have 2 children. They are twins, Caitlin and Aaron.
I have been a nurse for over 38 years.

Other Information:
 I love reading, traveling, and I'm addicted to TV. I greatly admire Rosie O'Donnell and read her blog daily. She recommended this site and here I am. I love Star Trek. Words to live by: Live Long and Prosper.
