Introduction Text Time to own it. I've struggled with weight and body image issues all my life. I have to stop hiding, eat clean, exercise strong and cleanse the soul to be happy with who I am, not just what I look like. I want to be a positive role model for my kids, especially my daughter. I don't want her to repeat the dangerous cycle I've lived all these years. I want my family to be proud of me. I want to be proud of myself!

~ Mind ~ Take a new class, learn more about anything! ~ Body ~ Get back to pre-pregnancy weight and get tone! ~ Spirit ~ Reflect on daily passages & apply them in my life.

*Track EVERY calorie every day! *Strength training - 4x a week *Cardio - 2x a week *Walk 30 mins. 2x a week

I have a wonderful husband, three beautiful children, four awesome dogs, two not so friendly cats ~ we're a ZOO! I gained 80 lbs. with each of my three pregnancies. With my boys it was easier to lose the weight because I was younger. Our third, I was 40 and boy has it been tough to lose the last 30 lbs (and the baby is now 3)! I'm determined to get my body back!

Reward goals: lose 10 lbs = New perfume lose 15 lbs = Marc Jacobs laptop cover lose 20 lbs = New bathing suit! lose 30 lbs = BL!
