I am a high school teacher/librarian (also known as media specialist). I began using SparkPeople in 2008. I loved using it, and I had success using it, but I had other health issues. After many doctor's visits and several hospital stays, I was finally given an accurate diagnosis. I have Celiac Disease. That diagnosis was a life changer. My Goals:
My primary goal is to become more consistent in my daily eating habits. Doing so, I would also like to lose an additional 8 to 10 pounds.

My Program:
 I plan to resume using SparkPeople now that I have resolved a huge health issue. I would like to work out twenty minutes per day five days per week.


Personal Information:
I am originally from North Kansas City, MO, but I have lived in the metro Detroit area for the last thirty years.

Other Information:
 I have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and I am leading a gluten-free life.
