updated 5-16-21 Starting again but not completely over.

Updated 8-24-19. I am 56. I am diabetic and I need to lose 79 pounds to reach my 1st target, then I will be able to set a realistic goal. I have lost 48.7 pounds since May 31, 2017. I started at 267.7 and now weigh 219. I walk on treadmill. 70 minutes a day. I do around 35 minutes of strength training with body weight or light dumbbells. I follow Sparks Diabetic plan. I went from using 80 units of insulin per day to 22. My morning blood sugar average is now between 90 and 110. We are letting them go a little high so I can exercise safely. Previously it was 120-130. I am also walk local trails. I went back up to 250 and starting Spark again on May 28th. I was 243 at 2 weeks back. I am down to 219. I am working my butt off. I have lost 4 pants sizes from 26W to 18W. Lost a whole bra size. I know most people don't like that part, but I need to lose them too. I also lost a whole shoe size. I stopped making excuses. Faced reality. Set a small goal to exercise 10 minutes a day. I did 30 minutes the first day and have not stopped. If you want to lose weight you have to burn more calories then you take in. I have no limitations on what I eat. I do watch carb intake. I keep my macros close to what is recommended. I do not believe in Keto, fasting or surgery. In the end there is only you. You have to eat food. If you deprive yourself you are setting yourself up for on and off dieting. I log what I eat. I make healthy choices and allow for occasional treat. I do eat more whole natural foods. Fresh fruits and veggies. I eat a rainbow everyday. My whole body feels the benefits of eating healthy. I don't have to do this. I want to do this. I like being fit.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 130 pound and then set a realistic goal weight. I also want to get off as much medication as possible.

My Program:
Eating whole grains and a balanced diet. Following Sparks diabetic plan. Exercise 30 minutes per day. 5 to 7 days a week. Oh yeah drink that water. Over 8 glasses a day.

Personal Information:
I am divorce single mom of 5. 4 live at home. One of those is and adult with a job and going to college. They range in age from 11 to 38. I have one extremely beautiful daughter in law and grand daughter.

Other Information:
My playlist is mostly Disturbed with a sprinkling of Godsmack, Finger 11, Bloodhound Gang, Drowning Pool and even Hollywood Undead. Yes I understand I am out there.
