    Week 2 is behind us and we are well on our way for week 3. Thank you for being such a big part of the Pink Flamingo Team! You are doing an awesome job. Stay away from those M & M (they are my downfall too -- those and Swedish fish). Fly High and Stand Proud! Debbie

    Thank you for weighing in for week 1. Your weight loss goal for this challenge is very reasonable and I just know you are going to meet and maybe even exceed your goal. For ST I like to do yoga - but there are a lot of great youtube videos out there (and of course here on sparks too). I find it easier to do ST with a video instead of doing just the exercises by myself. Good luck with adding ST to your routine. You can do it! Debbie
