Are you a spiritual minded woman who feels emotionally spent?

I empower others to achieve emotional balance and restore physical health by focusing on the emotional connection to physical health and by reducing toxins

These two single things can have a huge impact on improving your overall wellness. Becoming centered / grounded and healing emotionally can help you handle life's bigger challenges with more ease. Reducing toxins to the extent possible improves hormonal balance thereby helping with emotional balance

Hey there! My name is Dee and I'm a Certified Aromatherapist - trained to use aroma and essential oils for balance of the mind and body - I'm on a journey and invite you to join me

My Goals:
Simplify simplify has been my goal for countless years and it's amazing that the more I simplify the more I can see clearly how much remains. It seems things that complicate life creep in while I'm over in another corner simplifying!

My Program:
Watch calorie intake (log *everything*)

Workout regularly (log that too)

Eat whole foods

Energy sources:
My volunteer ministry and spirituality remain of foremost importance to me.

Of course time in the garden getting my hands full of dirt is my favorite exercise of all !!

When you come to the edge of all the light you know, and are about to step off into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing one of two things will happen: There will be something solid to stand on, or you will be taught how to fly.
-- Barbara J. Winter

I want to be the kind of woman that when my feet hits the floor each morning, the devil says, "Oh crap, she's up!"

"The body is a sacred garment. It's your first and last garment; it is what you enter life in and what you depart life with, and it should be treated with honor,"
-- Martha Graham
Honor the body with food choices, remembering the sacredness of my own skin.

Motivation is the set of reasons that determines one to engage in a particular behavior. [Wikipedia] It's a process that begins in the mind - it's not emotional. It's different from enthusiasm which is an emotion. Be motivated - make the decision and just do it

Good Wednesday morning dear Sister! I'm missing chatting with you. Sorry I'm not keeping in touch too well. I do think of you often! Love the pretty background color here. Aren't you glad it's spring? I imagine the flowers are lovely where you live!

Hi. I am in Texas, not Lancaster but I know there is a walking club in your area if you are interested in participating in local events on a regular basis. I do similar walks every weekend. We are not "fund raising" clubs, we are for fun, fitness and fellowship. Our clubs are family oriented and most events are baby stroller, and pet friendly. Our object is to keep a record book and collect a stamp for each event that we do. I've done over a 1000 of the 10K events in Texas and in 46 other states. Here is the information on your local club:

Club Name: Penn-Dutch Pacers Volksmarch Club
    Address: PO Box 7445
    City: Lancaster
    State: PA
    Zip: 17604-7445
    Contact: Phil Allamong
    Phone: (717) 786-7118
