Introduction Text 52 and alot to lose

too loose 200ilbs as quickly and healthy as possible. currently looking for help in creating an aerobic exercise program for the physically challenged,( any suggestions are welcomed )

i'm currently on an extreamly intense vegitarian diet. looking for aerobic exercises that I can do. using my stationary bike everyday, ( im up to 30 minutes a day )

I'm an animal lover I currently have 6 cats, and feed at least 6 other strays that come around., I like to cook, I like arts and crafts, I'm a fan of Stargate, both SG-1 and Atlantis, also a fan of Heros, Love Kevin Costner, John Travolta, Jim Carey ,Tom Hanks, John Cage
