    This is a good place to get answers and companionship in your walk with healthy living. I am Debbie .... NEWSPARKDEBBIE .... Co-Leader of the team and wanted to say hello and how great it is that you are here!

    Don't give up on this journey..... Its a major learning process and each person must find their own levels and what works for them. I personally kept a journal and recorded everything that was placed in my mouth, everything I accomplished each day ( I recorded EVERYTHING) even driving to town, showers, cooking, cleaning, EVERYTHING! Then I weight every morning to see what each food was doing to me and what plan was best.

    Like ..... Now I know that I can not eat after dinner which is around 5 - 6 pm each day, or I retain my weight or even put on a few pounds. I dedicated 1 week to drinking enough water, so I added how many ounces I drank each day and watched the pounds drip off. My doctor said to add lemons to a large container in the fridge and drink from it all day. I think it was the juice of 2 lemons and then I sliced the 2 lemons and put them in there as well. It actually helped.... Don't tell my Doc that please emoticon

    Try one new tweak each week and then make notes to yourself in your notebook or journal. It's the only way to learn what YOUR body is doing and what works for you, Most people weight once a week or even less a month, but I weight in every morning to see if I am on track and what the newest step I have taken is working with my body.....

    I wish you well and just want to make sure you do not give up. Look at this as NOT a struggle but as a learning course on what your own body works best with.....
