21 Pounds in 2021
I reached my goal of losing 20 pounds in 2020. In fact, I was able to lose 44 pounds. Yeah!! Celebrate!! Then I lapsed and gained back 17 pounds. Just like I did in 2019. This is a pattern I'd like to break. I'd be at goal weight if I'd quit sabotaging myself.
Looking forward - not back. My goal is to lose 21 pounds in 2021 and keep them off.
My goal for 2020 is to lose 20 pounds. In 2019, I lost 30 pounds before falling off the wagon. I gained back 11 pounds, but ...

Imagine where I could be in 5 years if I lost 20 pounds a year. I'd be at my goal of losing 100 pounds. Would I like to lose all the weight sooner? Of course, but if it takes me 5 years, I'd still have all the weight gone. So, I'm going to focus on losing that first 20 pounds.

"When done correctly, healthy meals can taste even better than full-fat restaurant meals." I've always known this... now it's time to get cooking and find healthy recipes.
Remember the opening song on the Mary Tyler Moor show (1999)? "You can have the town, why don't you take it. You're going to make it after all." Hat thrown in the air. That's my theme song for 2017.
Focusing on good habits: Fresh and healthy food, accompanied by vigorous exercise, water, sleep, fresh air, and FUN!!

Embrace who I am and enjoy how I look.

Create a healthy lifestyle that includes fresh food, vigorous exercise, water, sleep, fresh air, and FUN!
My Program:
Eat Less than I normally would.
Keep my eating close to the earth with fruits, veggies, grains and lean meats.
Self control is my antidote to temptation.
