Hi everyone! I've been blessed with a loving family, traveling far and wide. I have experienced God's beauty first hand, from the Glaciers of Alaska to the amazing Sunsets in Tuscany. I have also felt heartache unimaginable to most, the loss of my one and only brother, a young healthy Father and now my first born son. When I am finally reunited with my loved ones in Heaven, I will look down upon this beautiful world and know that there was a reason for this journey. I pray for all of you and may you be blessed with good health and the desire to keep on going just one more day!

My Goals:
Keep it simple

Workout with a buddy and motivate them


If today I fail, there is always tomorrow





My Program:
DIETARY PLAN:



Eat 6 small meals (every 3 or 4 hrs)



Eat more fruits & veggies



Eat less processed foods



Make better food choices on weekends



Track calories daily



10-12 glasses of water a day



EXERCISE PLAN:



Exercise 6-7 days a wk



Cardio Exercise 1-2 hrs a day



Weight train 3-5 times a wk



Add second cardio workout 3-5 times a wk



Stretch 10-15 min before/after workout



SIMPLE & SMART:



Sleep 6-8 hrs a day



Don't over stress at work



Spend quality time with Family



Attend church once a wk



Keep in contact with family and friends



Gather with close friends once a month



Take life one day at a time



Enjoy life

    I actually go by Millie. I dislike my first name. (HAHA)
    My Eric was 22 years old when he past from Meningtis. He died in 1997. Shortly after his Birthday three weeks after his sister. And two days before his favorit Unckles. He would be 34 this November. And missed a lot. As you know how they are. He was my baby. I'm glad you entered my life. I feel our boys brought us together. emoticon

    PS, I got my hubby to join by appealing to his ego--he is a man after all! I got him to start a team of his own around his own interests, and then I helped him put his page together and organize the team. Men love building, organizing and leading, so it worked like a charm. emoticon He is more addicted to SP now than I am!

    Thanks for dropping by my page with the encouragement. I have been feeling a little down lately after an injury put me out few a week. Time to get back on the wagon though. I needed that boost! emoticon

    I use that picture because she is a fighter, and that is what I want to be everyday, and to identify myself with her more and more until I am! Thanks for the kind compliments though. J.G. is my inspiration and she gets me going when I rather eat cookies and watch TV. I just can't give her up! emoticon
