Ready to make some major changes......
Hi My Name is gina and im from california. My struggle with my weight began when i was 9 years old. After suffering a very difficult child hood I began to use food as a comfort tool. It made me feel good when things were bad. I continued to struggle with my weight as I became pregnant at 15 years old. I gained close to 80lbs with that pregnancy as I used being pregant just an excuse to eat even more.After I had my son I became very depressed I was not happy with who I was what i had become. Hi My Name is gina and im from california. My struggle with my weight began when i was 9 years old. After suffering a very difficult child hood I began to use food as a comfort tool. It made me feel good when things were bad. I continued to struggle with my weight as I became pregnant at 15 years old. I gained close to 80lbs with that pregnancy as I used being pregant just an excuse to eat even more.After I had my son I became very depressed I was not happy with who I was what i had become. How could I let myself was I that out of control. I continued to struggle with my weight doing all the yoyo diets you can think of.I can honestly remember weighing 140 lbs only problem was i was only 10 years old. How I wish I weighed that now! I had 2 more kids which once again added more and more weight. I finally had to say enough is enough how much longer can i keep doing this to myself how much more can my poor body take before it gives out to a heart attack to heart disease to a stroke to diabetes.... Enough is enough time for change and Im one determined lady. Ive lost some weight over the last few years on my own and have continued to keep it off. I still have alot more to loose but I will not give up on my struggle. I am dying to be healthy. If we dont choose to live a healthy lifestyle and change our habits we will end up dying from our bad choices plan and simple.....Im here to give support and find people going through the same struggle i am as we can all help each other find that healthy person in all of us.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to get down to 135
but most important is to learn to live a healthier lifestyle.
My Program:
I workout 7 days a week of cardio, strength train 3 days and do 2 Zumba classes a week or some form of aerobic exercise class. I also walk at work at least 20 min a day on my breaks. You wont see difference if you dont workout.
Personal Information:
My Name is Gina and I have 3 adorable kids. I live in Sunny California and I love to shop, dance, read, and most importan I love life. I want to live!!!
