Introduction Text I've said so much here over the years and it's gotten me nowhere. So I'm done talking. Let me show you what I am going to accomplish this year. Stay tuned.

My long term goal is to be a size 8/10 and around 150 pounds. That puts my BMI right in the middle of "healthy weight" for my height.

Lots of water. Healthy food choices. Healthy portions. Exercise/stretch daily. Visualization: every morning before I get out of bed I lay there with my eyes closed and visualize myself at my goal weight, prepping for Hawai'i. It motivates me to make good choices throughout the day.

I'm a fifth grade teacher at an extended day program. I love my job and the people I work with. I have an incredible support system from my friends and family and friends that are like family. I've been told I am equal parts sweet Southern girl and tough New Yorker, even though I live in Ohio. :)

Starting/highest weight - 332 Current weight - Goals: 299 Reward: Tiffany bow bracelet 275: Reward: massage & facial 250 Reward: Tory Burch boots 225 (buh-bye to 100 lbs) Reward: right hand ring (something sparkly!) 199 (now entering One-derland) Reward: shopping spree! 175 (only 25 pounds to go) Reward: Skydiving Ultimate Goal- 150/Size 10 Reward: 10 days in Hawai'i (so I can finally learn how to surf!)
