I added you as a spark friend - hope that's ok because we have some things in common. One is I've also had TKR on both knees...back in 2012. Small world.

    Thanks for your comments on my blog. And I couldn't agree more with the 80/20 rule. Really great food, made with quality ingredients and especially shared with friends and family, is nourishment to our bodies as well as our souls. The challenge is getting it in the right proportions and reasonable amounts!!
