I have been off and on diets for most of my life. I lost 80+ pounds on weight watchers. At my skinniest, I weight about 180 and met my significant other. He is tall and thin, so I proceeded to try and fatten him up but instead I was the one who gained all the weight back and then some.

Starting again, feel more motivated than ever, trying to regain control of my diabetes and lose weight. I have started being more active by doing some sort of activity 20-30 minutes at least 4 times a week.

My Goals:
One day to be below 200 lbs. It's been a long time.

I am looking to lose weight and manage my diabetes better. Found this website through nutrition class I took recently. Hoping to get some good recipes and nutrition tips for weight loss.



My Program:
Drink at least 8 glasses a day; eat more fruits and veggies; exercise at least 30 minutes a day!

Personal Information:
I have lived in Las Vegas for 29 yrs. I am a transplant from So. California. My mother had friends here and decided she wanted to move to Vegas. I had just graduated from college and was not doing much and came with her. Been here ever since. VEGAS BABY!
