A few years ago, I lost 60 lbs. I am still a workout fiend...I love it. I am a hard working mom of 2 gorgeous, and energetic, girls. I have always been athletic and pretty energetic myself, but years of bad habits and long working hours have took me down a road that I had to make a U-turn on!

I gained back about 30 of the 60, and I would really like to lose it & keep it off for good this time. Lost about 3 lbs. on the Real Appeal Plan, but even being "accountable" to other people, didn't "make" me accountable to my own weight loss.

So, here I am again @ SP, which I never really left, since I do love their program & tools. I am ready to dump that extra 30+ lbs. and stay where I want to be.

My Goals:
My Goals for end of year include:

1. Lose 10 lbs. (and keep it off!).
2. Support my husband & his goals in weight loss & fitness.
3. Talk to, not yell at, my family when I get angry or lose patience.
4. BE HAPPY! This is the easiest, but also one of the most important :)

My Program:
Before, my goal was to "get out there & exercise!". Well, that's now just a part of me. If I miss a day, I don't feel right. Even if it is just fun swimming with my kids, I feel like I have to do "something" every day.

I need to try & rethink my eating program. I tend to eat so fast during the evenings as there is always something going on (ie: overeat), so I really would like to slow down & enjoy. I need to stay 1350 & under to lose...I have found that is my "sweet spot". I am going to drink more water, and really think about whether something I WANT to stick in my mouth is really worth it.
