Introduction Text After being skinny for 1/3 of my life the lbs. caught up after having 3 children...Diet after diet and a pound lost here and there and then a gain of a pound here and there it all total up to a BIG gain of 75 lbs in 40 yrs...Now at 61 I realize that I am "DONE, DONE, DONE" ..... All I want is to be at a weight that I feel comfortable with..This I know is going to be my year to shed those lbs.... I'm determined.....I'm "DONE, DONE, DONE !!!!!! My treadmill has been my salvation....I have walked and walked more then I thought I would...Now that knee surgery is over I'm ready to be begin again....June, '08....I will give myself small goals so I don't get discourage....One lb. at a time this time so it doesn't come back in the future.. To give myself small goals so I can accomplish what I want.. POSITVIVE THINKING will bring POSITIVE results

I will use my treadmill at least 4 days a week..adding in other exercises on my off days..to do at least 10,000 steps a day and keep track of what I have done..

I have 3 grown children ages,42,40 & 38 and 8 wonderful grandchildren who I adore.. Married to my Soul Mate who is very supportive in all I do..
