***I'M DONE, DONE, DONE***


After being skinny for 1/3 of my life the lbs. caught up after having 3 children...Diet after diet and a pound lost here and there and then a gain of a pound here and there it all total up to a BIG gain of 75 lbs in 40 yrs...Now at 61 I realize that I am "DONE, DONE, DONE" ..... All I want is to be at a weight that I feel comfortable with..This I know is going to be my year to shed those lbs.... I'm determined.....I'm "DONE, DONE, DONE !!!!!!

My treadmill has been my salvation....I ...

My treadmill has been my salvation....I have walked and walked more then I thought I would...Now that knee surgery is over I'm ready to be begin again....June, '08....I will give myself small goals so I don't get discourage....One lb. at a time this time so it doesn't come back in the future..

 I will use my treadmill at least 4 days a week..adding in other exercises on my off days..to do at least 10,000 steps a day and keep track of what I have done..

Hi, I'm Carole and I was born in Tazewell, Va...grew up in NY and now am retired in Az..I cross stitch, read, and love to play games on the computer..I'm a addicted Webkinz fan...My Webkinz buddy is my daughter...Justlooking4me...Her and I are doing this together...

Other Information:
 I have 3 grown children ages,42,40 & 38 and 8 wonderful grandchildren who I adore..
Married to my Soul Mate who is very supportive in all I do..

    The Virgo woman is all woman and doesn't sell herself short for anyone. She can be shy and a highly sensitive person, who enjoys working behind the scene but helping to organize and classify everything so it has a place and everything is in its place.
    She certainly can have a problem with weight, since she doesn't express feelings well. She is born to a critical mother who was not happy with the money the father made, and she learns to be frugal and critical. It is only a defense to keep others from getting her first and wounding her sensitive nature.
    Virgo doesn't have a lot of children of her own but makes a good teacher or a wonderful health care professional. She does well being the support person rather than being in charge as the one person she finds fault with most is herself.
