Introduction Text Has lost 453 lbs!!! Ok, so I've lost it a few pounds at a time and always gained it back along with a little bit more. This time I'm doing it right. No fad diets. No pills. No drastically restricting what I eat. Eating right. Working out.

I want to be fit, healthy, and comfortable in my own skin. I'm going to set realistic, attainable goals for myself for the next few months. I can't wait to see where I'll be by summer! My Goals & Rewards: First Goal- 185 lbs by Feb. 13th Reward: New Bag (Was gonna be new earrings, but I couldn't find any I wanted) 2nd Goal-175 lbs by March 20th Reward: New Bracelet 3rd Goal-165 lbs by Apr. 24th Reward: Necklace 4th Goal-155 lbs by May 29th Reward:Laser Hair removal -legs 5th Goal-145 lbs by July 3rd Reward: Weekend Trip 6th Goal-135 lbs by Aug 7th. Reward: I-Pad 7th Goal-125 lbs by Sept.11th Reward: New clothes

Treadmill everyday. Strength training 3x week at the gym. Yoga 2x week to try to limit stress. Control portions rather than eliminate my favorite foods.

I'm married with three wonderful kids ranging in age from 22-6. (Yeah, yeah, I know) I have a job that I love, designing and selling tombstones for a living.
