Hi. I'm Diana from SE England. I work in Special Ed and am Mom to 4 grown 'kids' and Nana to 6 beautiful Grandchildren. I thought I would be more active and eat less when my children left home. Oh, how the reverse has been true!
Needlework is my therapy.
I'm here to reclaim some of my life and a lot more of my waistline...

My Goals:
To keep weight within 3-4lbs of 145lbs
To gain more strength to support my damaged spine.
To have more energy
To love my liver and lower my cholesterol without statins
To embrace life with a big hug
My Program:
5% Summer Challenge
Stepping up my exercise time to 30 mins alternating cardio/strength on 5 days.
30 mins yoga/tai chi on 2 days. (This is currently a bit ambitious with my back issues but I intend to walk and do my strengthening and stretching exercises daily).
Keeping those 8 glasses of H2O going.
Eat balanced. Eat fresh and raw where poss.
Maintain my sleep routine.
Make someone smile every day.
Report a minimum of one positive achievement each day.
