    Hi, thanks for your sweet comments on my blogs :)

    To answer your question, I think that silks is more difficult than pole. It requires more strength and flexibility to even get started. Also, compared to pole, there aren't that many rest periods in between. I also had to get over the fear of the height of silks. But that's just me. I think it all depends what you've started with. But I think the principles and the muscles used are similar so if you do one, then the other shouldn't be such a big jump.

    Both are definitely doable though! I used to think they were crazy and unreachable but they aren't :) If I can do it, anyone can!
