I'M BACK!! after two pregnancies & 1 baby.... Let The Journey Begin!! The drive is there but the motivation is not... (OH IT'S ON & ITS THERE NOW!!) I didnt really get a chance to "enjoy" my weight loss before... there isn`t a lot anyone can tell me on how to do it... cause I've pretty much read a lot about eating right and weight loss.... It`s hard for me cause although I get the emotional support from my husband the physical support isn`t there... as in he still eats like crap... and I don't really have any friends that are willing to work out with me... the promises are there but they are not... I knew something needed to change and so I started reading the self help motivation books to gain a healthier attitude and be more happy, then I got a tread mill and began running on that... and I read in a book once it said on those low energy days to promise yourself to do ONLY your cardio warm up and then you can quite... cause at least its a little bit of exercise... but once I`m on it it's never really only 20 minutes... I always want more... and in the event that I want something I know I shouldn`t be eating (which is still quite often) I do a bit of exercise in place of that and it really helps with my cravings..... because I do home care in group homes its a "home-like`` atmosphere and I really want to eat when I get bored.... so I started doing exercises at work as well.... because all a husband usually says is `good job hun, I know you can do it, you can do anything you put your mind to`` its hard to stay motivated because that's all they are programmed to say... a self motivating help book of any kind is always full of positive energy and I want to work out and change after....

I love self help movotvating books because they are FULL of positive energy and how to get there.... most of us dont get the support we need from our everyday lives and i find this just gives me that push i need to want to keep changing and strive to want to keep challenging my goals!!

    hey.... well... IM BACK!!! i didnt fall of the earth!! or off track!! i got pregnant in 2011.. then miscarried and got on track where i lost a lot of weight... got down to 170lbs... then i pregnant again 7 months later and now i have a happy healthy baby boy... and i was still very active during my pregnancy... i didnt do anything during the 1st trimester as i was afraid i would "shake my baby out" due to the first loss... but i was running right up to the end of my pregnancy... the day before my son was born :) (i know im not suppose to... but yeah) it was a great pregnancy... and im now on track again to lost all my weight or almost all the the weight by July 1, 2013.... its gonna be a challenge... but i can do it!! :) i lost 20lbs since November and thats without even trying... not even this website think i can do it :)... they think October will be my earliest date to get to my goal weight... well... i will have to prove everybody wrong!! :) im getting my eating habits all under control & cutting out the junk food & sugary drinks, pop & energy drinks.... i now have the Insanity Workout set, Brazil Butt Lift set, Zumba, & Pilates weight loss (for beginners) and i have done it twice so far this week.... and i have a "home gym" set up (not that im ever home) but i have a small stair climber that i can carry with me everywhere... when my son was 5 months old he weighed 20lbs.... and i went to Toronto & ran 5000 stairs with him attached to my chest... the only reason i stopped is cuz my hip felt like it was gonna pop out... thats more stairs then the CN Tower... ALL the way to the very top & back down!! :) i was to the point where i could run a half marathon (22.1km) and well... now im on the way now... im gonna melt this fat like ice cream on a hot day!! :) Let the journey begin!!! again!! lol

    i love following peoples progress!! i just love watching people succeed... thats why i love showes like the biggest loser and dance your ass off.... and all them other ones... its jsut exciting!!
